When you visit the Braising Boy Food Truck out and about at events and locations across South Australia, we can guarantee it will be delicious.


Our fresh, modern and popular food is inspired by the vibrancy of the Mexican cuisine and the crazy popular L.A. Taco scene. 
 
At Braising Boy,  we cook all  taco fillings and condiments from scratch using some traditional, and some not so traditional, methods. Through sheer trial and error,  we think we have nailed some of the most moreish mouthfuls of Mexican food our customers will have tasted.  We even cater for the little ones with a delicious Cheese Quesadillas!
 
To ensure we keep our regulars guessing, our menu will change dependent on ingredient quality, availability, and seasonality.
